About The Founder
Sophie Mahsoun Jalal, Rahy consulting founder who comes from Saudi Arabian origins was raised between the United States, Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. This unique upbringing has given her a unique understanding of different cultures and the ability to adapt communication skills that benefit the Business environment in multiple different regions.
So far, innovation & vision has been at the pinnacle of her career path. Coming from a family background that was oriented around business and economics, she created her first company in 2001. “When we started with the Export Company & specifically in the construction sector, it was very challenging. We knew at the time it would be a defining learning experience in using strategic marketing & communication skills to break cultural barriers. We were soon ready to take on different sectors”
Since then, Jalal has been working closely with her brother who gained experience working at CITIBANK & OPEC Fund for International development (OFID) before entering the private sector. Together they make a complementary yet dynamic team and have gained experience in various Industries.
