Experiences with international institutions like the African development bank and the Opec fund for international development have continued to shape our consulting company.  

History

Rahy consulting company was established in 2001 after our founder discovered that Italian Mosaics manufactured in Tunisia were exported to the Middle East under the label “Made in Italy”. North African products were not penetrating the Middle East market sectors directly despite years of effort. Upon further investigation, we realized that cultural context was not considered when communicating and implementing digital marketing strategic plans.

We tackled this challenge by implementing a successful strategy to tear down cultural barriers which proved to be a learning experience in utilizing strategic marketing & communication skills. It wasn’t long before we were prepared to conquer different sectors.

Rahy consulting’s unique proposition is identifying the subtle differences in how companies & individuals make decisions in markets under the context of cultural economics. Commonly, decision-making has both implicit and explicit consequences. Rahy consulting’s experience and belief are that missions may not be achieved based on these implicit and explicit decisions alone but based on trajectories. These trajectories are comprised of cultural regularities that have been built up from years of tradition and beliefs that guide the decision-making process.

We have since continued developing our relationship with partners across a wide range of sectors and geographic regions with the goal of delivering the best possible service to our clients.
